Blog Post 30: Your self-worth short-cut

Most of the clients I work with struggle with their self-worth.

So many of us think that once we have the family, the finances, the great career, the (fill in the blank), then we’ll be ‘worthy’.

But that’s not how worthiness works.

It is not some destination to get to.

You can’t act your way to worthiness.

Here’s the truth: You are given your worth at birth.

There is NOTHING you can do to make you any more or any less worthy.

So then the question becomes: if you weren’t trying to ‘prove your worth’, what would you be doing?

How would you be showing up?

Often, the answer to these questions is what you truly want and desire. It’s a true reflection of your authentic self.

Explore your answers to these questions and let me know what you come up with.
