"Loren helped me change from the legal industry which had become very toxic for me. I had put in a lot of effort to become a lawyer and win a scholarship to study a PhD so at the same time it wasn’t an easy change. I knew Loren from university - that she is a very high achieving person and I trusted her to coach me. I found courage in the fact that she could make a change and find something she is passionate about after being so successful in the legal industry - so I thought so could I! She asked me spot on questions to bring out what I am really passionate about and rediscover my interests. She helped me to reflect upon who I am today as a mum, what are my career motivators and what kind of job I want to complement my family life. “After working on and off for 7-8 years due to having children and going on maternity leave I thought I was ready to get settled back into full time work and feel fulfilled due to finally identifying which industry I wanted to pursue. However, after working for 12 months I realised that I was still not feeling completely satisfied in my work even though I was in my desired industry.
